I Love My Academic is a brand new award scheme, run by the Students’ Union, to recognise the importance of good teaching at the University of Leicester.

We want you to nominate an academic who has been particularly engaging, innovative or supportive in their teaching; this award is entirely based around the quality of teaching and not on popularity.

Please nominate using the below link and every academic who receives one nomination or more will be sent an e-certificate by the Students’ Union recognising their achievement.

Alongside the nomination, you have the opportunity to write a statement supporting your nomination.

We will then select the best nomination from each College and they will be crowned the Academics of the Year!
