The Finance Society have invited Alastair Cunningham to give a talk about the role of the MPC (Monetary Policy Committee) and recent happenings in the UK economy, spanning from the financial crisis, monetary policy to recent rising inflation rates.
Alastair Cunningham works for the East Midlands Agency for the Bank of England. This should prove to be an invaluable opportunity to hear first hand from an agent of the BoE about Economic and Finance issues. The presentation and Q&A session will be held at the Astley Clarke Building LT (Economics Department) on Wednesday at 2pm (1 hour).
