International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation

A United-Nations sponsored annual awareness day to raise awareness of female genital mutilation and to amplify efforts made to eliminate this practise. The theme this year is 'Unleashing Youth Power: One decade of accelerating actions for zero female genital'.
