Save the Date! Hackathon with IBM

Join us on Saturday the 10th, and Sunday the 11th of February for an exciting hackathon in collaboration with IBM. Participants stand the chance to win Amazon Gift Cards, enhance their CVs, and bolster their technical prowess. IBM mentors will be available to guide you through challenges and transform your ideas into reality.

Event Highlights:

Saturday, February 10th - Day 1:

• Brief at 09:00: Prepare for a day of innovation!
• Meet at 09:30: Form teams and commence your journey.
• Challenge at 10:00: Unveil the mystery behind the task.
• Break at 13:00: Enjoy a well-deserved break.
• Challenge at 14:00: Devise solutions for the challenge.

Sunday, February 11th - Day 2:

• Continue project work with IBM mentors available for assistance.

To provide teams with ample time to craft exceptional projects, teams will have until Wednesday, the 14th of Feb at 13:00 to submit.

Prizes:

• 1st Place Team: £25 Amazon Gift Card per member, Mentorship/work experience opportunity @ IBM, IBM merch.
• Runner-up Team: £10 Amazon Gift Card per member, Mentorship/work experience opportunity @ IBM, IBM merch.
• All participants receive a certificate of participation from IBM.

How to Participate:

1. Sign Up: Fill in the form to register. Only the first 100 applications will be accepted.
2. Team Allocation: Teams are assigned before the event to ensure a fair balance of skills.
3. Connect and Create: Collaborate to craft a solution to the brief.
