A Day at the Tennis: End of Term Tournament & Charity Fundraiser
Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of tennis, inspired by the classic Wimbledon tradition of wearing tennis whites. This event is not only a celebration of tennis but also a fundraiser for the mental health charity, Mind.
Tournament Schedule
- 1:00 PM - Beginner Tournament: Perfect for those just starting out, this tournament is a great way to meet new players and enjoy some friendly competition.
- 3:00 PM - Development Tournament: For those looking to improve their skills, this tournament offers a chance to test your abilities against others at a similar level.
- 5:00 PM - Mixed Doubles Team Tournament: A thrilling finale to the day, where team players can join forces for a mixed doubles competition.
Prizes
- Winners: Each tournament winner will receive a £40 reimbursement of their tennis membership.
- Runner-Ups: Two runner-ups from each tournament will receive a fun prize to commemorate their achievement.
Entry Details
- Entry Fee: Tickets to enter each tournament are just £3. All proceeds will go directly to Mind, supporting their vital work in mental health.
- Supporters Welcome: In true Wimbledon style, we invite all supporters to come and cheer on the players throughout the day. Wear your best tennis whites and join the excitement!
