We are excited to welcome all students, regardless of their ability.
We aim to establish a friendly community where students can join sessions to de-stress and re-energise while practising yoga.
Yoga has countless benefits for your body as well as your soul. It helps you to relax, increase your flexibility and muscle strength, improve your breathing, posture and body awareness, reduce your weight, and gives you lots of energy and positivity!
