The Conservative and Unionist Society is a group for anyone interested in the Conservative party or allign with cantre-of-right economic/social policoes on a local, national or international scale. We also welcome anyone that is curious about politics and wants to know more or get involved in the community.
We are dedicated to provide a community and platform for UoL students who share our Conservative values. This society is a great place to meet like-minded individuals as we know being a Young Conservative can be hard at times. As universities are often left-wing environements, it is vital we can build a strong and sustainable group so Conservative voices can be heard at our universities.
We host guest speakers, debates, collaborations with other societies and larger events with Conservative societies from other universities. This is a low-commitment society with opportunities to get involved more if you wish. Our committee have experience of party politics so if you would like advice on how to get more involved with politics wider than this society we are equiped with the knowledge and experience to help you.
Please contact our committee if you have any questions or for any collaborations!
