Follow our socials to find out more information about your LGBTQ+ Society!        Hello, and welcome to our page, We are the University of Leicester LGBTQ+ society!   We are a social and political group dedicated to championing queer students and providing a fun and safe community where we can celebrate our queerness.  We have lots planned for this 25/26 academic year, we are happy to announce that we will be continuing our weekly catchup socials (LGBTea) every Wednesday and have a host of other events planned both alcoholic and sober events will be available throughout the year. Additionally, our society organises fundraising events and campaigns for LGBT+ rights and awareness. This year we are planning to collaborate with trade and the Leicestershire LGBTQ+ centre along with many others. We want to create good relationships with LGBTQ+ spaces and businesses in Leicester and the surrounding area. Watch this space (and our socials) for more information.
