Engaging in Reality since 1977.   We seek to support any student as best as we can.  We aim to offer a holistic care approach to provide spaces and opportunities for people to engage with meaningfully with their life, develop a positive sense of wellbeing and begin to live out of a more positive place.    As a Christian society we recognise the spiritual side to life and how it is often lost. We exist to give people the opportunity to explore the Christian faith, and believe that as we do that together, our sense of self, our relationships with others, and therefore our experience of the world can be transformed for the better if we do it all with God.     Throughout the year we like to give out care packages and gifts to students to show you that you are loved, provide practical care and support, and give you a chance to connect with others. So, keep an eye out on our social media for what’s coming out next and how to get a hold of one.     We also have several resources available to help people engage with their wellbeing. Whether that’s a 4-week course of daily wellbeing development opportunities, or topical discussions that help us engage with what God has to say about varying aspects of our lives and many more.  These can be done either one-on-one or in small groups of likeminded people.     Overall, we recognise that wellbeing journeys change and needs change throughout the year, so what we offer needs to change to match where people are at.
