If you’re interested in a career in international relations or one that requires public speaking and debating skills, we suggest you join us.
The Leicester University United Nations Society (LUUNS) is open to all those interested in the UN. We run mock UN-style discussions, where delegates represent different countries to debate current global issues.
We also offer training and opportunities to travel to UN conferences and events at other universities around the world.
We aim to develop your public speaking and debating skills, but also very importantly to increase awareness of current affairs.
We meet every week on Wednesday at 6pm on Campus at the Charles Wilson building, Belvoir Park Annex, any changes, or specifics to the location will be stated in an email each week.
