Welcome to PIP! 

 

 

We are a society that was originally founded to enable international relationships between Clinical Sciences students from the University of Leicester and Chongqing Medical University (CQMU) in conjunction with the Joint Educational Programme. We now invite any CQMU or UoL students to join, meet new people and learn about each other’s cultures!

 

About Us:

 

We host monthly online events through our Microsoft Teams group that include, but are not limited to:

 

• Quizzes e.g., Marvel trivia
• Academic content review nights
• Meet and greets

 

We also have channels dedicated to specific topics such as football, films, marvel, baking and books etc that allow you to easily interact with other members that share a common interest!

 

This year, thanks to the incoming arrival of Year D CQMU students (to study on campus for the year) we are also going to be running in person events such as:

 

• Quiz nights
• Group study sessions
• Trips e.g., mini golf, bowling
