Our cricket club is inclusive and friendly that strives for performance and excels in creating a fun environment. This is a great place for everyone to practice and improve their cricket skills whether they are completely new to the game or have been playing for years.
Competitively, our club competes in the BUCS indoor cricket league alongside softball friendlies against other universities.
This year training will take place twice a week and will allow members to train for softball and hardball games depending on ability and personal preference.
In addition to games and training, we also organise plenty of socials such as themed weekly Wednesday socials at the O2. There are also plenty of opportunities to participate in non-alcoholic socials as well which are organised throughout the year!
We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and fun environment that provides the opportunity to make life-long friends. UoLWCC welcomes anyone who wants to meet new people, have a great time, or keep active in between lectures.
No matter age or ability we would love for you to give cricket a go!
