Signposting and Wellbeing Advice
Signposting & Wellbeing Advice
Staying healthy physically, mentally, socially and financially is really important for you to thrive as a student. It’s important that you feel comfortable and able to speak up about any issues you’re experiencing before they get worse and impact your life and academic studies.
There are lots of support and wellbeing services both on campus and in the wider community that can help ensure you have the best possible time as a student at University.
If you’re not sure which services to access,
please get in touch with the Advice Service
and we’ll point you in the right direction. We have a small team of friendly, helpful staff waiting to hear from you, so don’t be a stranger. Let’s talk – we’re here to help.
Please note:
The Advice Service does not offer advice on sexual and physical violence, and other allegations of criminal action, however we can signpost to other services for support.
