As far as i am aware, there are 2 accessable toilets in Maurice Shock. one on the ground floor, the other on the 1st floor. that means the second and third are without. for people with accessability needs, they would have to use an elevator to get to these floors which takes quite considerable time and an accessable toilet on the second and third floor would fix this and prevent students from missing more teaching time.
